What is a HIIT Workout?

 

HIIT or High-intensity interval training consists of short bursts of workouts usually in 10-60 second increments with a 10-60 second rest period. You will progress through nine (9) different stations a total of four (4) times. We structure our classes with three different workouts per week (A, B and C) and encourage our clients to come to one of each workout. Every month we change up the exercises in each workout to ensure that our clients are challenged and encouraged at all times!
