Hiit Class Schedules

There are just 18 spots per class, so sign up in advance to make sure you have a spot!

HIIT A

This month is focused on PUSH & SQUAT excersises. Are your ready?

  • Wall Ball

  • Row Machines

Hiit B

This month is focused on PULL & HINGE excersises. Let's do this!
Example Exercises:
  • Barbell Rows
  • Med Ball Slams
  • Leg Lifts
  • Battle Ropes

HIIT C

This month is focused on PUSH, PULL, SQUAT and HINGE excersises. Are your ready?
Example Exercises:
  • Dips
  • Med Ball Situps
  • Bossu Burpies
  • Power Ups w/ Battle Ropes
