HIIT Training
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts – are the most efficient way to get the results that you want. Our workouts are structured to be joint-friendly and incorporate strength, cardio, agility, flexibility, and core strength to provide you with what you need to live a strong, fit and healthy life!
Yes! We have a parking garage adjacent to the gym that allows for 2 hours free! Street parking is also allowed.
What are your hours?
We are staffed on all weekdays between 5:00 am - 7:00 pm. However, all gym memberships comes with a key fob that allows for 24/7 access of the gym!
What are your classes like?
All our classes are HIIT based, utilizing both strength training and cardio methods to keep your heart rate elevated. Where most group classes use light weights and are heavily cardio focused, we tend to be more strength focused with an emphasis on recovery to maintain longevity.
